1. I couldn't get my banking done and am super disappointed with the applove the new UI, but i wish i could add/remove more widgets, and dark mode could be a little bit darker.Can't share screenshot transition, can't upload qr code.

2. Let's customers choose what they like.Was asked to verify my identity using my national identity, I produced it and the camera was staring at the passport processing the document for more than 5 minutes until I ran out of patience.

3. I would like to say it's more than easy to use this app, both for work and personal.So, guy, what's going on with this app? Is the new update bug fixed? That's a joke... I can't even go to my account... it's too slow, and then they even ask me to reactivate, lol.

1. Fix ABA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ABA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ABA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABA" » Open ABA Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ABA Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABA Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ABA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ABA not working

2. Fix ABA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ABA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ABA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ABA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
