1. Each time I try to transfer money or check exchange rate of currency.The App always says.... WITHOUT CONNECTION.CHECK CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN..( SIN CONEXION COMPRUEBA LA CONEXION E INTENTALO DE NUEVO) always... I've contacted la caixabank , and I was told to desinstarle the App,clean up the cache,put off my phone, Put it on again, reinstall the app.Yet I'm totally still experiencing the same problem.Repeatedly crashes, fails to connect with the superfluous Caixa Bank Sign app, has illogical structure and design, digital card doesn't work half the time, have to physically visit a branch in person every 2-3 weeks to get a simple transaction to work.

2. Unacceptable during travel.Super annoying bug that wont let me open the app - please check your latest version dev team! Before this version was pretty useful, but now every time I open the app I'm stuck on the screen "We're replacing the coordinates card" - and it never fully loads.

3. I have an iphone and my language settings are english in case that helps anyone to debug or replicate my issue - hopeful that I can change this review to a higher rating, but I'd need to be able to access the app to do so :)App constantly asks for reviews.

1. Fix CaixaBankNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CaixaBankNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CaixaBankNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CaixaBankNow" » Open CaixaBankNow: Online banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CaixaBankNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CaixaBankNow: Online banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CaixaBankNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CaixaBankNow: Online banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CaixaBankNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CaixaBankNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CaixaBankNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CaixaBankNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CaixaBankNow not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CaixaBankNow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
