1. I can't so anything except look at stuff.This is only for residents of Mississippi not all of united states I was under the impression being the only dshs app it was for all dshs and didn't see anywhere where it said only for MississippiLike many others here, I have been unable to login through this app as it tells me my information is incorrect where I can log in on a web browser just fine.

2. So far No-good.Absolutely TRASH!!! First after jumping thru hoops to set it up, it doesn't seem to know who's account you have, display proper info, and simply redirects you to another site.

3. So what is the purpose of this app then!? JUNK! Avoid.It keeps changing my birthday to random dates, will not let me finish, delete, restart an application (won't leave the same page which is like the 3/4 question into it).

4. First thing, my birthday is listed incorrectly and I cant find where or how to edit and fix it.

5. App is USELESSWell my first experience with this app its telling me my username or password is incorrect .

6. Aside from that its been an awesomely convient app to have!This app would be a lot better and more beneficial during this pandemic if we could use it to submit our documents.

7. Secondly, I wish that there was a way to go in and upload the documents you need to report, even after you've already submitted your application.

9. What gives?Absolutely horrible! Also won't let me log in, says my information is incorrect when it's not.

11. Im giving this a three star for a couple reasons.

1. Fix myMDHS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myMDHS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myMDHS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myMDHS" » Open myMDHS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myMDHS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myMDHS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myMDHS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myMDHS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myMDHS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myMDHS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myMDHS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myMDHS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myMDHS not working

2. Fix myMDHS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myMDHS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myMDHS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myMDHS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
