1. - Dark theme (Not much necessary, but modern UI)I can't even create an account, it errors out at the last step saying the name already exist and it doesn't matter how many time I changed it.

2. There seems to be no way to register, because the app doesn't connect to the camera to take your picture, and when you try to have it "scan your id" it can never recognize it.

3. Freezing the entire app saying "Can't recognize the document".so hard to register, the app is not smooth yet.

4. Avoid this app is my best advice! I contacted customer support; they didn't listen and are very rude in ways.So many issues with registration.

5. And it is very hard to submit the profile change, it always not recognize document and then i use the option take the photo instead.

6. Worse I can't go back to change the name, everytime it errors out I have to restart the whole registration process again.

7. It is the bank that we register under that has the right to approve the request.

8. Also not many people are able to install/use the app so it really makes it completely useless since there is nobody to send money to.

9. Request feature: - Please add option to change the bank.

10. For failing KYC, I found out that it is not Bakong team that has the right approve customer request.

11. So, I switch my account from ABA and Acleda Bank to TrueMoney and now I've got full KYC.

1. Fix Bakong Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bakong: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bakong App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bakong" » Open Bakong » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bakong » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bakong app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bakong servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bakong" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bakong app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bakong might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bakong. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bakong then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bakong not working

2. Fix Bakong Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bakong be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bakong not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bakong may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
