CaixaBank Sign Customer Insights

1. I need an account that works always without having to jump through hoops placed on my way by caixa.Always bugging me to give 5star rating, interface is optimize for being able to show offers and whatnot before actual most used functionalities, it doesn't provide any customization option at all for sorting the dashboard layout as one prefer and EEUU laws made the whole e-banking a pain with double signing operation etc...Every time I have to confirm any operation through Sign - it freezes, and then the operation doesn't go through and I have to repeat all over again, sometimes it takes me up to 3 attempts to finish one bank transfer!!!Nice app but aaaaalways keeps sending notifications to rate the app.

2. It cannot be deactivated, which is very annoying.Having Two different Apps to make your transactions is not ideal but I guess is for safety reasons... Everything else works easily.When it works (for most payments within Spain) it's great, but when you try anything fancy, like international payments, the communication with the main Caixa app just seems to break 90% of the time.

3. Also, though it's convenient, you lose the extra level of security the PIN/code model provides... once someone gets hold of your phone and hacks whatever security you've set up (like having access to your fingerprint) they can transfer all the money they want.Does what it should.

4. As it is mandatory to use it with caixabank's online banking, I'm not sure how much of a difference ratings make.Good application, easy to use with all details described.

5. Low rating because it's mandatory, first it deprecated the use of the digital signature number, and later removed the option altogether.

6. You have to read well so they don't charge you extra.Really easy and friendly to use... I pay my bills easily using the app and can track all purchases going out etc.

7. Maybe there are some regulations behind, maybe it's just more convenient for them and allows them to gather more data.

8. Caixa has been a long story of problems.

9. Anyways, I don't like it being mandatory.

10. It follows the move of "do everything on the app so we can track you and push notifications/ads more easily".

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CaixaBank Sign Issues

1. Fix CaixaBank Sign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart CaixaBank Sign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CaixaBank Sign App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CaixaBank Sign" » Open CaixaBank Sign - Digital sign » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CaixaBank Sign » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CaixaBank Sign - Digital sign app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CaixaBank Sign servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CaixaBank Sign - Digital sign" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CaixaBank Sign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CaixaBank Sign might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CaixaBank Sign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CaixaBank Sign then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CaixaBank Sign not working

2. Fix CaixaBank Sign Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CaixaBank Sign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  • I have an issue with CaixaBank sign: I put my I’d and password, I receive the security number by sms, I put it and then I have an error message saying something like ‘we can’t proceed with your request sorry for the inconvenience’.
