1. And frustrating.So so bad, definitely need a lot of improvement took me 2 hours to fill out because it keeps freezing on me when select DOBMind-bogglingly breathtakingly inconceivably stupid calendar interface.

2. Do the math for how many swipes it takes to input the birthdate of someone over 60...Whenever there is an update, I get an in-app notification and button to go to the Play store to download the update.

3. This has happened for the last 2 updates.Kyla is SLOW, buggy AF, then slow to make corrections because of it's bugs (trying to enter my birthdate took 10 minutes and several retries).

4. However, following the link to the Play store does not show an "update" option, so I have to uninstall and re-download the app.

5. And my urgent care clinic now requires checkin on this horrid app and won't work around it!Bad user interface.

6. Update: it's telling me everyday to update but although there's no new update, I have to delete app everyday and install again.

7. No way to delete account.Useless user interface.

8. Unable to delete my personal info, no option to delete account.

9. The chat only gives you options to select, very difficult to type text.

10. Then it assumes that your email is on the phone as well to receive a verification code -- and anyone who knows anything about security will not have email on their phone.

1. Fix Kyla Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kyla: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kyla App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kyla" » Open Kyla - Doctor and Health Coach » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kyla » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kyla - Doctor and Health Coach app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kyla servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kyla - Doctor and Health Coach" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kyla app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kyla might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kyla. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kyla then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kyla not working

2. Fix Kyla Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kyla be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kyla not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kyla may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
