1. It makes the beginning of the session much easier to remember and you don't have to worry about a paper diary card.I honestly feel like this has the potential to be a pretty great an helpful app; it's too bad it feels as though it takes advantage of people.
2. But it's so expensive! Seriously?! LOWER THE FEE! People who need this are in therapy and paying a lot of money, then you want $12 A MONTH to add basic features like uploading my logs even to myself, add more options to log, basic things that should be in the app.
3. However, many lessons can load indefinitely, no video plays for the connecting with therapist in settings (effectively stopping any information on this feature), and the app crashes when trying to view lessons like (TIPS).
4. The nail in the coffin for uninstalling is *you cannot change any of the notification settings unless you subscribe! * Yes, give someone who has anxiety, no option to clear a notification on their phone.
5. I was considering impulsively buying the full thing because I would need to to track my behaviors that aren't listed, but I don't think it's worth it.Unless you plan on paying $12 a month, this app is severely limited.
6. 🤦 ♂️The video narrator sounds like a congested New Yorker who isn't quite confident reading aloud, and the recordings sound like they were recorded in an empty tiled room.
7. Can we get a neutral accented narrator and better sound quality? :) And to those blasting the app bc of its cost... It's really expensive and time consuming to develop an app like this.
8. I recognize the hard work and great design, but if I'm expected to pay over 100 dollars to keep it on my phone for a year, there's a problem.
9. It was difficult to focus on the necessary emotions and experiences due to the uncomfortable nature of text to speech programs.
10. 🤷 The app is sure a great idea! I wish each one of the diary measures was linked to an explanations, resources, etc.
11. I had hoped that by upgrading to the paid app, that the program would work better but it really is frustrating.I'm really disappointed in the advanced experience on the app.

I would like to deactivate/delete my account (unless there is a way for me to change the email linked to the account)! I created an account a while ago with the intention of exploring/testing out the app before offering it as a tool for my clients to use. I guess I used my work email for that account, so now I am unable to sign up for the 'Resiliens' app for clinicians!
