1. Only one bug I found is skip the excercise or reps, whenever I want to skip from that routine I have to wait for time...I dont want that 🙏Currently on week 2, so far like it a lot... I think it's more suited for beginners (at least at the start of the program), but could probably be adjusted by doing a harder versions or adding weights...These apps exceeded my expectations.
2. you cannot spot reduce your love handles or belly fat.)Good app, workouts are really good and its easy to understand the only thing I really dislike is how you cannot mute all sounds.
3. I find my self spending time when I should be working out finding replacements for crunch exercises.Great layout and easy to follow.
4. Would love it if the developers made it mute-able.Love the workout, don't like that it records the competition date at end time and not when you started, so if you go over a minute past midnight, it records the workout then and not the actual day you did it.
5. Would gladly give $3-5 to never see that again as I've done with a couple of other apps from these guys.I really enjoy this app, I find the workouts to be just at my level as well as motivating.
6. 10/10 would recommendIt's a pretty good app, but it relies heavily on crunches, which are bad for your back and don't work your abs as much as other exercises.
7. Stay consistent and you will see results, I promise.Some Abs apps put too much strain on my lower back, while others start too advanced.
8. If there were a paid or pro version to get rid of those ads, I'd gladly give it 5 stars! I'll keep working with it for now, but having to find and tap that little X to even get started is a personal annoyance.
9. I love all the mini facts that it gives you after a workout and the voice feature for the excersices is wonderful.
10. This creates issues with point rewards.If you consistently follow all routines then you will get a lunatic and impeccable body shape.
11. Just need to stick and do all workout sessions.🙏🏋️ The most I loved in this app is daily tips.
