1. I also love all the features in the app lessons, exercises and especially summary.Still using the free version - daily diary, gratitude, reflection, and retests.
2. I just started using it again after a while and there's a lot more content and exercises now! The overall look of the app is better and the additional content that has been added since I last used it is really nice and helpful.

5. My therapist also loves it, because she can open up the clinician app and see all my data and that makes my appointment really useful.
