Samsung Health Customer Insights

1. Also, calories burned used to be a feature that could be displayed on the watch face, which is no longer an option.I was having issues with steps being recorded while I slept, but I turned off location services, then turned off both the watch and my phone, and it's been working since then.

2. In sync with the watch's regular stand by mode; e.g. even with the "always on display" activated and screen time out set to max (1 min), The screen goes into grayscale mode during workout and stops taking active heart rate! Only manually touching screen, wakes it up.

3. I would call this app a good starting point.Atention software dev team! Support confirmed this is an issue! I would provide a higher rating were not for this bug! on my Galaxy pro 5 watch, it goes into standby mode during a workout.

4. It picks up about 5 minutes late, meaning 15 mins into the walk it tells me I've been walking for 10 minutes.App is helpful but unreliable, it will no longer display hitorical data (daily calories burned) and allow for comparison between days.

5. In trying to add other exercise, the format should allow manual entry, not just a timer for anything beyond walking which it automatically tracks.Pretty solid as far as general health tracking.

6. Please add skateboarding! It worked alright for a while but its been deleting my calories burned for the past week.

7. I also specifically bought the watch for the ECG monitor, and I can't find that app anywhere, and when it takes me to the Samsung website to download, it is unavailable.

8. Extremely disappointed in this, and quite frankly frustrated.I don't like the fact that this only highlights active calories burned.

9. I was hoping that the workouts my watch automatically tracks would be counted against my caloric intake.

10. There isn't anywhere where you can see TOTAL calories burned unless you open the actual app and go into the calorie details.

11. If I run the same route in the same time, the calories burnt will vary by hundreds, which is odd (same with steps).

  • Delete samsung health, dont need it, uses too much data

  • I am extremely disappointed. On my Galaxy S7 phone I frequently used your health app for Heart rate and O2 % measuring, and for recording weight. I replaced that phone with an S20 FE, expecting that the health app would have the same capability or better. I was shocked when I realized that the newer and more expensive phone's health app was much less capable. Cutting corners in that regard is very disappointing in that I frequently used those missing functions.
