1. Good job! Edit: after months of use I can confirm that my days are a lot better when I remember to use this app, and I find that several of their techniques do work at alleviating distressing feelings, e.g. feeling overwhelmed.Unfortunately, the content you get to try before paying for the full version is very limited - only the first session of every "course" is available (plus one morning and one evening session), and it's just a bit too scarce and basic for me to get an idea of wether the full app would be worth it for me.
2. If they can fix the freezing issues, I'd give it 5 stars.Quick (5-10 minutes), practical tool/prompts to do the things daily that a counselor would tell you to do based on your specific needs, such as positive mindset, more productive, overcoming low self esteem, etc.
3. Not even one path can be free, with additional lessons requiring payment? What a let down. It's only been 2 days but I Love it! I've been trying to work on myself for months and have downloaded several apps but nothing sticks.
4. Thanks Mindshine! In the exercise "Talk yourself into believing it" the coach interferes in the process notifying after 30 seconds and counting down the last three seconds, very much ruining the tune.
5. The morning mindset is great, I feel great! 10 minutes into the day and I feel more accomplished than I do at the end of a normal day.I really love the exercises on the app.
6. However a week in and I cannot help but feel this is making a genuine difference in my life.
7. Top of the tops topics...and activities...short, doable!💓I have tried a lot of self help apps over the years.
8. If there would be a free trial or so, I'd probably give it a go, but since I've seen so little of the app, I don't feel confident enough to invest money in it.So well done and easy to follow.
9. This is not a standard meditation or diary app, but rather something entirely different, with genuinely life changing excercises it has improved my planning and life outlook as well as overall mood.
10. They reel you in with one free experience, after having set you up for a "journey" and then you cant take the second step without an overpriced subscription.
11. I have had the same experience with the other similar apps where the instructors ruined the atmosphere, too, reducing the efforts given to the exercises.
