If you dedicate your self to perfecting these workouts you too can benefit greatly from the Perfect Posture app.This is closer to a magic bullet than an expensive electronic device or a back brace! Insane results on day ONE! I've never gotten faster or more obvious results from anything for anything, like ever! I went from standing relaxed with the back of my hands facing forward like a gorilla to my thumbs facing forward like they should be in ten minutes!! Witchcraft! I thought I was going to need physical therapy! Nope! Just an app and ten free minutes.Excellent app and easy to use.
2. So incredibly helpful in reducing pain and stiffness due to stress, sitting, creating artwork in not such a great posture, being a mom, having moments of being sedentary, and working on the computer for too long.
3. Great app, thanks!After suffering from multiple injuries and having to stay away from what I love doing the most (calisthenics) I decided to use my month off to correct my posture and improve my mobility.
4. Morning, Afternoon and Evening is a plus as is multiple other categories .In preparation for this I viewed the exercise videos and was meticulous about learning the proper method.
5. You even have the thoracic rotation in there which, I learned recently, is critical for good posture and mobility.
6. And the last, admittedly minor, problem is the workout illustrations (just from the illustrations I'm not sure what to do).

9. Even after I watch them in the entirety, there isn't an X button to close them anywhere on the screen, and tapping the corners just redirects me to the app that's in the ad PlayStore page.
10. exercises are not too long, so whole workout isn't take much time, much less than in a gym.
