1. I'm very happy to have this app because it supports core and spine health, and those are both vital to maintaining a healthy life, especially while exercising.Love it, but I wish there was an option to turn off the sound ticker, like there is to turn off the voice and helping tips.

3. highly recommend!The voice while the workout is going it's so annoying, I'd like if it didn't try to control your speed while doing the exercise.
4. I have added this to my morning workout and because the app breaks down the exercises into achievable sections by the end of "day" it feels like something has been achieved.
5. But other than that I can't say this specifically got me my abs because I literally have 5 different similar workout apps that I follow every night but I think this one helped, I got result like 7 days after using this specific app.
6. I understand some people want to hold the pose, but when I try to do the exercise based on count and not beat, it gets annoying.
7. The one thing I think needs improvement (I haven't seen the option to change it) is the ability to change the set working seconds and reducing the rest cycle.
8. Personally I think that it should not time you while doing a workout that doesn't have to be timed, because the timer is too slow and no one works out that slow.
9. You're assigned a number of times you'll repeat a particular exercise, and a voice does the countdown.
10. No one likes ab workouts but this app makes those exercises seem possible.
