1. This app is not allowing me to log in always shows the error.Not able to login through mobile number inside the app , showing error facing issue with login to your number This is happening since last 1 month, have tried everything uninstalling the app, clear cache and data, force stop etc.. still issue remains the same.Team, Me and all members of my family are unable to login to the Aarogya Setu app.

Alerting me a couple of days later that I may have come in n contact with an infected person doesn't help meSeems like the authorized monitoring body/ bodies have stopped tracking the performance of this app... now it does not allow logging in ... app updating/uninstalling / reinstalling/ mobile restart does not help either ... the error is still the same : Mobile number is not getting accepted ...It's a well designed and useful health App from the government of India.

3. Same error Plz fix this issue urgently.There is a problem with the app that I am unable to login.

1. Fix Aarogya Setu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aarogya Setu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aarogya Setu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aarogya Setu" » Open Aarogya Setu » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aarogya Setu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aarogya Setu app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aarogya Setu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aarogya Setu" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aarogya Setu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aarogya Setu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aarogya Setu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aarogya Setu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aarogya Setu not working

2. Fix Aarogya Setu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aarogya Setu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aarogya Setu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aarogya Setu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
