1. Only issue: fix the add popping out when you do the left twist and stops the timer :)Trying to ease into a workout routine to get my strength back up and this is great! It shows you how to do each move, gives you tips throughout, and gradually gets harder to build your strength.It impress,very useful,just that most of the workout keep repeating in each day but yeah it's a good oneNice idea, love the modularity and the option to create my own workout.
