FITUP Customer Insights

1. I am totally disappointed with the watch and it's manufacturer I hope they are reading the I have no other choice but to buy a new watch from another manufacturer and hope for the bestApp has issues can't reinstall, keeps saying it is pending.Well,that is what we all get when we give in and sale out for cheap and poor products from China in the our world and nation.

2. False advertising 🤔🤦Overkill app with too many permissions just to have my son's watch sync the time.

3. I'm finally over this device and app once and for all 🤬I have had my watch since my open heart surgery.

4. Now that the watch did a software update my watch will not sync.

5. Shame on all of us.The watch changed language and I was unable to get back to English.

8. Two hours later, I finally got it paired, but lost all history AGAIN (for the 5th time), and that really SUCKS (again).

10. After the last update, and like the last 5 updates, I could no longer pair.

11. Lots of frustration, lost time and disappointment.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FITUP Issues

1. Fix FITUP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FITUP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FITUP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FITUP" » Open FITUP » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FITUP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FITUP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FITUP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FITUP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FITUP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FITUP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FITUP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FITUP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FITUP not working


2. Fix FITUP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FITUP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FITUP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FITUP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
