1. Given the hassle though, I'd say do 10 minutes of research to find a better option like I'm about to.I wanted an alternative to my fitness watch because I only care about the number of steps I walk daily, not workout routines or sleep trackers and whatever else they add to them these days.
2. When I set it up on the new, same model, phone I got the step length off the old phone and did not have to adjust again.Love this app! It's accessible enough to be there when you need it, but neither annoying or in the way.
3. Great job y'all! After adjusting the length of my steps to an accurate know distance I love the way this app keeps up with my daily walks.
4. Better than other paid apps imoGreat until you have to add step due to phone charging or other activities.
5. Even easy to troubleshoot! I do wish it would automatically save and upload all the data when you get a new phone or number, though.
6. I like the comprehensive breakdown of personal preferences (gender, height, weight, etc) that allows the app to give feedback about stride length, distance covered, etc.
7. Gives very useful info when I go hiking.Works well outside of residence but doesn't count steps while at home even on the highest sensitivity.
8. This app is awesome, and I like that it's straight forward and that I don't have to keep it updated with a separate phone app or sync it with my phone.
9. You can also set daily goals for steps and water consumption, but it's customizable enough that you can turn off alerts if it doesnt suit you.
10. Highly recommended!Works like a charm, very customizable with the ability to set your stride and instantly see the effect on the distance already recorded.
11. The only negative I have found so far is that, when it is connected to Google Fit, it reports a ridiculous number of small walks about the house.
