Equinox+ Customer Insights

1. Honestly embarrassing for a company that markets themselves as a "luxury" program.there was an assessment you can take to enroll in a "program" - two of the 3 workouts they've recommended for week 1 doesn't even work (as in once you click - start session - it automatically marks it complete).

2. Please try again later." I've only been able to play one 30 minute session since purchasing the digital sub.After the last update I can't access the classes or live music while in the gym.

3. On Android the check in feature only works on manual mode in black screen but it used to we work fine.

4. I have to open it 4-5 times to be able to get far enough without freezing to book a class, and I spend my walk to the gym opening and re-opening it hoping that I'll be able to sign the health declaration to check in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Equinox+ Issues

1. Fix Equinox+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Equinox+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Equinox+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Equinox+" » Open Equinox+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Equinox+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Equinox+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Equinox+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Equinox+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Equinox+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Equinox+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Equinox+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Equinox+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Equinox+ not working


2. Fix Equinox+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Equinox+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Equinox+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Equinox+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
