1. Judging from the complaints, it's been this way since 2016 at least! When will it ever be fixed? Evidently no time soon! Makes you wonder doesn't it!Constantly deactivating my fingerprint login and making me reset it.

2. I do like the fingerprint sign on the few times it lets me use it.It works great, but lately, I have had to delete and reinstall it because an error network was busy, try again, later message kept popping up, and you couldn't access it.

3. The tablet version on the Play Store does not work on my tablet and that app has not been updated since 2018.

4. And most of the time when it DOES work, i need "extra verification" for no reason, and i need to enter my info all over again.

5. I guess if your never leaving Houghton it will be find but if you compare it to any other basic banking app out there it SUCKS>Everyone i try to use it, i have to get a new password.

6. Considering the negative reviews on this issue go back 2+ years doesnt make it seem like progress is being made.This app is horrible.

7. Errors like password is wrong, can't connect to network, biometric recognition works occasionally then stops.

8. sometimes my password just, stops working?? And i know it's not on my end, because I use google saved passwords, AND i started writing them down just in case.

9. Update 12/2/22 uninstall and reinstall again.Update 12/1/22 uninstall and re-install again.

10. Multiple times a week I need to enter my phone number and do security questions.

11. Have 1 at chase for 30 years, never have to changeLike everyone else commenting, the persistent login issues on the app make this a useless app.
