1. This is the only app I have ever used that does this and it has been this way for years.Line disconnects immidiately upon connection if connected to 5g or Wifi.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myPioneer Personal Assistant Issues

1. Fix myPioneer Personal Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart myPioneer Personal Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myPioneer Personal Assistant App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myPioneer Personal Assistant" » Open myPioneer Personal Assistant » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myPioneer Personal Assistant » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myPioneer Personal Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myPioneer Personal Assistant servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myPioneer Personal Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myPioneer Personal Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myPioneer Personal Assistant might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myPioneer Personal Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myPioneer Personal Assistant then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myPioneer Personal Assistant not working
