1. They would send you a callback with a Arabic robot speaking representative with no English option on it to do so.Im struggling to transfer money , the app have alot of bugs and parts of the codes from the back end appears to the end user, its very slow, i contacted the customer service team and they claimed that they is no issues ,and when i asked them to rsise a complaint they told that i can do that through the app and guess what! An error message appears when i tried to submit the complaintWhen filtering transaction history based on duration, I get this error message: "Generated error when calculte the sublisting result of paginated elements".
2. Update 02 Feb 2020: Issue fixed with the latest update, thanks.While the app overall isn't bad , it definitely in need of major overhaul in term of UI and UX it feels so outdated and absolutely clumsy and sluggish.
3. First, the app does not recognize that my device (Samsung note 10+) has biometrics for authentication every time I try to set the app to use my finger print to login I get an error "the device is ineligible to use biometric ID".
4. your poor performance inconvenience us greatly as we cannot waste time leaving work to attend to this issue.The app does its intended functionality without any lags or issues which is good, but I have two issues.

8. Before the update and for the past 6 months since joining SNB it was running smoothly, it was very convenient to use and provided a wealth of details on transactions, especially international ones.
9. Please revert to the original interface.The app launch in landscape mode in OnePlus 7 Pro which is one of the best Android phone and it is obviously not recognized by the app developer.
10. Thanks NCB.I can't log in until it locks unable to log in to my account details after updating to latest version.
11. Also the "back button" on Samsung devices is not used, it just prompts if I want to exit the app.They don't notify users if they would have maintenance ahead of time.
