1. I've been using this app for well over 5 years! It's easy to use, easy to update sales and new stock purchases, and you can set up multiple portfolios for tracking.

2. On 12/19/22 this app stopped reporting the real time stock prices, only listing the 15 minute delayed price.

3. Most of all - I've never lost my data in well over 5 years! I can't say the same for all other "independent" stock tracking apps that I've tried.

1. Fix Personal Finance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Personal Finance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Personal Finance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Personal Finance" » Open Personal Finance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Personal Finance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Personal Finance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Personal Finance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Personal Finance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Personal Finance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Personal Finance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Personal Finance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Personal Finance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Personal Finance not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Personal Finance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Personal Finance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Personal Finance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
