1. No click-buttons...so where do I go from here?! And the support is mostly robots I believe! I've been trying to move my money for over a week now and I just can't do it!! Are other Canadians running into problems too?The user interface is simple.

2. I wouldn't waste your time using a exchange you can't even get your money out of.Still no basic functionality fixes to keep graphs uptodate still very poor! Why are you telling you have to switch currency and then step through day, week, month in each switch back again to see updates.

1. Fix Kraken Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kraken: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kraken App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kraken" » Open Kraken: Buy Crypto & Bitcoin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kraken » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kraken: Buy Crypto & Bitcoin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kraken servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kraken: Buy Crypto & Bitcoin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kraken app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kraken might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kraken. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kraken then reinstall.
