Bankers Trust M+ Personal Customer Insights

1. Latest update has removed external transfer capability - WHY? And once again, as with every update, fingerprint login no longer works and get "Authentication required" every damn time, have to enter username, password, phone number, and ENROLL!?? I've been "enrolled" for 18 years! First It takes 3 tries to get an interest tax statement from you, then you take the app back to the most rudimentary functions possible.

2. Isn't the app part of customer service & easy account accessibility for your customers? Not a good look for you.The fingerprint sign on never works for me, the save my user ID never works for me and it USED to send me notifications for every purchase as advertised but it no longer does that.

3. I just want to be able to track my money without so many issues.I'm getting tired of having to uninstall & reinstall the app & go through the setup on the app everytime time to get fingerprint login.

4. It's rather inconvenient.I have been a Bankers Trust customer for over 20 years and never had a problem logging in since I started using the app when it became available.

5. This is my opinion based on my experiences.After a recent update, I have to authenticate every time I use the app rather than using my fingerprint to authorize access.

6. My advice....if you're a minority and not rich, FIND A DIFFERENT BANKVery Bad! I couldn't log in because after entered my ID and password, it asks for security code which I should receive it via a text message.

7. 1yr+ Latest update looks great but I constant have to reauthenticate myself every dang time! Annoying as all put out.

8. My saved info doesn't work because it greys out the continue as well...so... Please fix it! :)There's no "trust" in Banker's Trust.

9. I don't have time to waste typing on my info with hands that have issues...typing this review is just as tedious and only because I'm hoping it helps with a resolution.

10. GREAT BANK!*Updated as of March 7th, 2022 - STILL NO FIX FOR AUTHENTICATION ISSUE! Hire some people with brains... sigh.

11. I used to be able to delete the app and reinstall it to get it to work the way they say it should work, now that doesn't even work.

  3. Clear Bankers Trust M+ Personal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bankers Trust M+ Personal servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bankers Trust M+ Personal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bankers Trust M+ Personal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bankers Trust M+ Personal might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bankers Trust M+ Personal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bankers Trust M+ Personal then reinstall.
