1. That's frustrating.App is accurate and up to date, provides timely information, allows deposits and transfers, and shows account numbers in case you need them to set up auto pays with different sites.
2. Works with biometric authentication also, so I don't need to enter a password when opening it, just touch my finger to the button and it opens right up.Normally works as expected, but today I'm getting errors when updating the balance.
3. I like that it's easy to use, you can chat with professionals, and you can add an account other then that nothing else stands out that much.An ongoing issue for years which seems to have gotten better is failure to update balances and transactions.
4. Tried to delete a transfer scheduled in 3 months but fails with error saying it's in progress and can't delete.Service is hit or miss, I have positive experiences with messaging staff to help me.

10. It doesn't, and if you are too close to the payment date, or leave the default date, there is no chance to edit or cancel the transaction once you submit it.
