1. Highly recommended.The App is almost perfect that you can transfer and pay all your bills easily.. but the only thing that i cant control my kids account (Minors) cause sometime i need to transfer from their accounts as per as their request.

3. I never had to physically visit a branch yet and still everything i need is always taken care of, especially that they provide phone customer service not like other online banks who only give you chatting option.

1. Fix Al Hilal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Al Hilal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Al Hilal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Al Hilal" » Open Al Hilal Mobile Banking App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Al Hilal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Al Hilal Mobile Banking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Al Hilal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Al Hilal Mobile Banking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Al Hilal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Al Hilal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Al Hilal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Al Hilal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Al Hilal not working

2. Fix Al Hilal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Al Hilal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Al Hilal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
