1. Don't know how this courier company is still in business.Same problem with me too, I called to help center the said to mail issues to customercare I did the same they reply to remove app and reinstall app I think engineer there don't have knowledge of app that's why they given me such reply as everyone commenting for the same issue regarding scanning documents then why bank authorities not taking proper action and talk to app vendor to get solution or best solution is to put upload ID option to the app so it will be more easy.Such a stupid app, opened my account 3 weeks before still its not updated in the system.

Thanks.Please your document scanning process is worst in the world i tried many times but unable to complete scanning .plz use click capture method it will be good .soo you gave me headache through your application kindly make it user friendlyI'm facing a loading issue at the landing page(language option)itself.
3. However, courier service the bank uses, JMBRcourier is the worst company I've dealt with: no showing on scheduled date, rescheduled anytime within 2 days (no fixed date), impolite customer service.
4. if you open your account from the app your card will not be activated and you have to visit the branch to register yourself and call helpline so many times to activate your card.Hi, I'm having a hard time creating new account on this app.
5. Please advise.. Please dont tell me to uninstall, i have done that twice and the same issue stands.Easy and fast to open account.

7. Please give a option to upload scanned documents or capture from camera feature.I am unable to scan the back side of my EID.
8. The saving account required minimum balance, Or Zero balance, no monthly fees.
9. Please let me know.If you do not have monthly fees .I will apply for saving account.
10. UPDATE: resheduled 3 different days, no courier guy came.
11. However, they lied and recorded the days as "Called but no answer".
