Only negative comment, the auto capture is annoying as it will want to take the picture the second it 'sees' the check, despite yelling @ youti make sure it is positioned properly; results in apparently acceptable images... tho not what one would get doing so manually, which wouldn't be any more difficult.Usually this app works flawlessly, but lately the app has been freezing up, not working to log in, or simply stating that the application is having problems, and then goes back to the login screen.
2. This app is a joke! Out of the couple months we have had it, it's shown "account info not available" about 40% of the time! Things don't update properly and you cannot add a note when you make a transfer which I would think is the easiest field to add and very helpful to the customers! Definitely not impressed, but no other option unfortunately.Rarely any issues; customer support has generally been helpful.
3. My system volume was at 20% and my media volume was muted, yet the app sound almost hurts your ears it's so loud! Update: it even makes the loud noise when the phone, system volume and media are muted!everything about this app is fine, except for one super repeatable bug.
4. Suddenly the widget feature isn't working anymore, and I've tried clearing the app cache and data, and made sure my phone isn't in power saving mode and that the app isn't getting "optimized." Just getting a blank square with a reload button in the top corner.
5. every single time I deposit a check, when I click deposit, it asks if I can clearly see the picture, everytime I just tap submit on the same picture and the second time it goes through.
6. The mobile deposit is great, but I HATE how loud it shutter sound is when it's taking a photo of the check! There is nowhere in settings to turn off sound.
7. I would like to see some further development on the app such as pending deposits, and more updated balances.The app notification for low balance needs to quit, the application reminds me every 10 minutes that I have a low balance wether or not I change the app setting.
8. I generally find app bill pay to be harder to use than the desktop bill pay, which also doesn't allow decimal point.
9. Sometimes in the super early hours of the morning like 3 or 4am the app doesn't work, but that's probably when they do updates and maintenance since most people are asleep at that time.
10. Gets pretty depressing after reading it the 3rd time after swiping the notification closed.Overall works pretty well.
11. Should be fixed.Bill pay does not allow you to enter a decimal point.
