1. At the rate I'm mining, it'll be a year before I can actually withdraw, if they don't suck my reflex tokens away again.Six months and this is still beta? I think not, likely that is a way to avoid being held accountable.

2. Also, repeated failures on login, repeated shutdowns as part of the app for improvement that never comes, no support, and the WORST login process.

3. I had bought the old pro version, which was supposed to be for life, and the RFX I have now doesn't even cover the cost of that yet.

4. Credentials cannot be saved, always need to choose from pictires, and then only 50% success on getting in.

5. It's a basic mining app but at some point it crashed and I lost most of my earnings.

6. RFX isn't worth a lot, and the app doesn't mine alot quickly without referrals and pro, but it's 'free' crypto.

7. I would've given it 5* but after the latest update, the pro version is now a monthly subscription.

8. The surveys within the app for additional reflex currency are useless.

9. I have yet to qualify for one, and unlike other apps, you don't get at least some points for trying.

10. Lastly they advertise but always their own games or apps that don't link.

1. Fix Reflex Cloud Mining Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reflex Cloud Mining: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reflex Cloud Mining App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reflex Cloud Mining" » Open Reflex Cloud Mining » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reflex Cloud Mining » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reflex Cloud Mining app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reflex Cloud Mining servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reflex Cloud Mining" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reflex Cloud Mining app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reflex Cloud Mining might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reflex Cloud Mining. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reflex Cloud Mining then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reflex Cloud Mining not working
