1. Streamlined and easy to use.FlexWage is a great app! Customer service has always been very quick and helpful anytime I've had questions about anything!This a great app but sometimes my hours are not calculated so when I really need money it's none to transfer because my hours wasn't received..When the app is working it is great but mine hasn't been working for 4 days and being a single mother being able to pull money out if I needed to is wonderful and this time is a emergency and had to go into the weekend with out Being able to use when I told them about it WednesdayI don't know about the app, but Crystal, who works for FlexWage is amazing.

2. Like What are you serious....Just started back to using this app and it's fast and convenient, you want to watch your usage, but if you're short on funds it's better than getting involved with other loan optionsThis app has been a life saver when you need access to your funds a little early.

3. There are 2 places you can log into google chrome or the store app I have tried 15times in two weeks still not able to transfer and when I called customer care they have no clue what they are doing.

4. You still have to use good judgement on how much you borrow against yourself, but this app is great!Works as advertised, money avaliable immediately.

1. Fix FlexWage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlexWage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlexWage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlexWage" » Open FlexWage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlexWage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlexWage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlexWage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlexWage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlexWage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlexWage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlexWage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlexWage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlexWage not working

2. Fix FlexWage Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlexWage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlexWage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlexWage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
