1. How am I supposed to get a clear understanding everything or account balances or even use the service when none of the 3 attempted purchasing go through? Basically feels like I wasted all that money from my paycheck because it just seems to have poofed awayVery bugged....says "generic error" asks for my fingerprint to log on and then makes me type in username and pin each time.

2. Also after I check my account and close the app it will automatically reopen and it makes you force close the appThis app is trash! Crazy unstable, this thing is so buggy usually have to force close clear cache and all sorts of debugging just to get it to load, if it ever does load.

3. I am uninstalling this app as I keep getting locked out while trying to set it up.It often makes you resign in for no apparent reason but my biggest complaint is now that it is a new year.

4. I downloaded this app as an Amazon employees to track my stocks that I have purchased to this point and the app locks me out every time while trying to create my account (username and password).

5. Might as well use Robinhood.Since this is what my employer uses I'm still trying get it to function but it's been 2, weeks and it still shows my stock as "Purchase Pending".

6. Few bugs with credentials, using biometrics doesn't work, still asks for login details.

7. It is my phone, secured by my fingerprint; why do I continuously have to input username and PIN? It is not user friendly at all, and must be fixed.Servers are always down.

8. Gives you no info just the value you have at the moment.Great app for amz associates to invest in the co.

9. Only the current year, so I can't make the decision if it is profitable to sell or keep or invest more.

10. Selling is a breeze I just wish I could purchase more or change the amount withheld via the app.This is the worst apps that I have ever tried.

11. You have no idea whether you have lost or gained money and its so difficult to figure out what price you bought at and you have to calculate ur average yourself.

1. Fix Amazon DSPP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazon DSPP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazon DSPP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazon DSPP" » Open Amazon DSPP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazon DSPP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazon DSPP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon DSPP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon DSPP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazon DSPP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon DSPP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon DSPP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon DSPP then reinstall.
