1. Perfect! Those saying there are hidden charges that may reflect the item it self, I have made a pre-order and a in Amazon fashion it only charges when it ships, and I have noticed that with the Amazon Card that is true for all items.

2. I wish more apps were this streamlined.It's fairly easy to make payments and track recent purchases on Amazon, and logging in isn't too difficult.

3. (Edited 8/4/20) the app has been doing a lot better, less freezing, but i don't like that when I log out, I have to enter my credentials when I log back in; that's the reason for fingerprint log in because I can't remember every password to every single account I have online.

4. I would give this application a five-star if it wasn't so difficult to register and link to my Amazon account.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amazon Store Card Issues

1. Fix Amazon Store Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Amazon Store Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Amazon Store Card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazon Store Card" » Open Amazon Store Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazon Store Card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Amazon Store Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon Store Card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Store Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amazon Store Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Store Card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Store Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Store Card then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Store Card not working
