MyFlex Customer Insights

1. I should not have to hunt down what changes are being made to the app especially when there is a specific place in the play store for those very details.would be nice to be able to add photo of receipt while looking at the receipt details.

2. current way of uploading photos of receipts feels random to where I'm assuming somehow the claim-proof photo will magically attach to the receipt needing the photo proof.

3. after uploading the photo, in my transaction history, it still shows need receipt.The app used to be fantastic, but for the past month I have not been able to log in.

4. Completely useless.Everytime I try to open the app it says server unavailable.

5. App seems to work fine but the lack of update notes is concerning and seems lazy.

6. I downloaded it over a week ago and get a " server error" ever time I try to log in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyFlex Issues

1. Fix MyFlex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyFlex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyFlex App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyFlex" » Open MyFlex » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyFlex » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyFlex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyFlex servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyFlex" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyFlex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyFlex might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyFlex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyFlex then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyFlex not working


2. Fix MyFlex Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyFlex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyFlex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyFlex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
