1. Better places to bank with customer service, apps that work, and won't charge inactivity charges on accounts after banking with them for over 25 years.Transactions don't show up untill days later (even as pending, they just all of a sudden show up as posted) and then the times are not right (ATM fees remursed and time stamped before I even withdrew money from ATM, etc.)App works great to keep an eye on account balances.

And linking all my cards under 1 app is also awesome!!Continues to get better, would like the password option to have 3 tries because sometimes I forget it and have to change it and put old pass in more than 1 time, easy to call and get unlocked thoughI like the new app, but the budgeting tool is confusing.

3. Very easy to read an accessibility is on point! I'm able to mobile deposit checks, transfer funds, view transaction as well as see a perfect snapshot of all of my accounts.

4. This is a less than optimal performance for an app which might find itself being used in a tactical setting, and as such a possibly life saving tool, unnecessarily delayed by the inability to exit.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CB- Issues

1. Fix CB- Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CB-: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CB- App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CB-" » Open CB-Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CB- » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CB-Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CB- servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CB-Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CB- app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CB- might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CB-. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CB- then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CB- not working


2. Fix CB- Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CB- be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CB- not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CB- may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
