1. What's really frustrating is that many times, my balance might have been correct just a couple hours before but then things that were taken out are redeposited and I'm waiting for the system to catch up...again.App is great.
2. I love Republic Bank and have no thoughts of changing banks over this disappointment of mine as I'm extremely confident that Republic Bank will get this issue resolved.Republic Bank is the best I've ever dealt with, but their app and online banking could be better.
3. Besides that, I have no other complaints!Love this app and this bank extremely user friendly and great customer service.
4. Doesn't even deserve one star...This new app is terrible..difficult to read..very hard on the eyes...hard to navigate...the old app was great..never had a problem..nice blue background..easy to read.
5. The only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is multiple times it will update my "available balance" and it is not accurate.
6. Its horrible!!!This new app is awful! Account balances are not nearly as accurate as they were in the old app! Pending transactions are not subtracted for days.
7. When you make an online payment, the app does not subtract pending payments you already have scheduled, from your available funds.
8. I can set transaction alerts to get a text for debits or deposits but they seem to be extremely delayed and I don't receive alerts for all transactions within the amount I setup in settings.
9. I saw another review saying they had issues with the balance being displayed incorrectly, i have never had any issue with it.
10. My balance updates immediatly and has always been correct.
11. Online bill payment leaves a lot to be desired, but keeping track of your account is good.
