1. I've been locked out of my account numerous times over the past year, this time they want me to go into the local branch, problem is thay their branch is in another state.
2. Not sure if it is the app or my phone, but other bank apps haven't had this problem.
3. Doesn't even attempt to read your phone's contacts so you need to add them again within the app if you want to send them money.
4. Whenever there is an update I have to read the 1000 pages of terms (hyperbole of course) in order for it to work again.No matter what you guys do to try and make this app a success it never works.
5. I have no issues with any other banking app at all, they are easy to use and work almost flawlessly.
6. Every time I have used this app to deposit checks or pay a bill or look at a balance I have had issues and have to call someone and beg for help.
7. Avoid this bank if you want to avoid headaches.It is mostly OK, but the fingerprint option is cancelled from time to time.
8. Other banking apps work fine.
9. I have 4 other financial apps that work like a charm.
10. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt with development issues, but in this case I can'tUsed to work but not anymore.
11. Plus a million other issues.Everything works well except the Zelle app is broken.
