1. No responsibility from call center and bank, except pointing fingers each other... 😡😡😡Really satisfied when I used that !! So easy to use this app and high level security ! 🫡🫡🫡Good application that is required to easy functionZero Accountability and No response!! Cash withdrawal token appointment sucks and too many bugs.
2. (For the moment, I've been watching the loading circle for 3 minutes) Need developments to be more reliable as a mobile banking app.
3. Only solution being offered is now i have to go to the bank tomorrow to unlock my account to able to login again.
4. And didn't announced the fixing of temporary bugs or having an error inside the app.There are bugs in top-up mobile bill.
5. But bank don't send noti or message that those features are not working or those are in maintenance.
6. After you factory reset your phone or you get a new phone, you need to go to the bank to log in to your account again.
7. And I know only when I call to call center.There are bugs in the app.
8. Looking forward.App is a little wrong! Pay bill is not perfect one example from cb pay payment to wave pay is not connected !! It's fate .
9. What an inconvenience... should have known earlier.Sometime, some features are not working properly/completely.
10. very bad and low tech app... worst banking app in Myanmar compared to other banking app.
