1. The payment is done and after that the site is getting unavailable and cannot get the score and the paid amount is gone for everI tried to open so many times but no avail.. Then I called their customer support he just told try it again but the same nothing happen I can't able to access my AECB.. That i needed urgently.. He then told me to go to their website but still the same issue even I tried on my uae pass nothing happen.. It same like a useless apps.. But no other option to hang with coz of our credit score record rely on it..The app still has bugs when you click on purchase it still doesn't show the options for the payment to enter the card details I have reinstalled the app several timesIt should be zero star for this kind of apps.

2. Steps: 1) download "UAE Pass" and register in it with face verification 2) open app "Credit Report" with the help of "UAE Pass" 3) then if you want to open it with just email and password, click forgot password and using OTP sent to you, create new password.

3. What a waste of time.I paid to get my credit score and report.

5. It's very difficult to enter the date of birth in time before session expires as I am born in 01/01/1943 and the app does not allow entering the date manually, only on the calendar it provides.

1. Restart AECB CreditReport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
