1. I called customer service while my on line banking account was locked, it was taking over 29 minutes for some one pickup phone.
2. It just says "outbound/inbound ACH".My account got disabled trying to login and you have to call to get it unlocked.

4. In terms of signing in using my password/biometrics correctly, it still prompts me with entering a verification code sent to my phone number.
