1. So many things don't go well when adding beneficiaries and bank transfer, so exhausting.WHITE BLANK SCREEN I've been trying to reinstall the app and switch connection from data to WiFi.

2. I thought the problem was on my end but, my internet connection is fine, my os is up to date, deleted cache and cleared data, still resulted in a blank white screen.

3. I logged in hoping to access my account but all I see is, my options vanishing one by one in an instant, can't even clicked on it fast enough, then a blank white screen.

1. Fix EastWest Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EastWest: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EastWest App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EastWest" » Open EastWest Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EastWest » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EastWest Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EastWest servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EastWest Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EastWest app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EastWest might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EastWest. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EastWest then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EastWest not working

2. Fix EastWest Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EastWest be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EastWest not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EastWest may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
