No one is answering customer service hotline as well.I need that money for my mom's birthday this may 11th but this app is compromising 💔💔💔Poor system I already uploaded my drivers licence and selfie then they ask me to video call when I try to click the video call option I almost 30 minutes on cam and nothing happens and they email me to resubmit my ID and selfie again, I am so disappointed.If i could give it a no star at all, i will! tried to submit ID to verify my account for three times already, but it keeps telling me that it is invalid.
2. of use -perfect for first time debit card users -lowest transaction fee for bank transfers & deposit (only Php8) -low interest rate tho but your savings are surely secured -app is easy to comprehend/understand (neat/organized) -always notifies me via texts for all transactionsYour app never let me enter my address manually and my correct address is not in the drop down menu.
3. I never received my debit card.I received my debit card and activated it already and then I used my bank account number and transferred all my TikTok sales since Friday 4/23/23 i took a screen record,the transaction did go through but after I checked on this KOMO App the amount of money I transferred did not appear and my current balance is still zero.

There's also an issue on the face recognition step, it's automatically submitting even the face hasn't been recognized yet (or not in the frame yet).-easy registration (needs only 1 ID) -got my FREE VISA DEBIT CARD in 5 days (card will be sent to your address automatically after they verified your acc.
5. Please fix it.I cannot access my account for so long due to very slow customer service & incomplete instruction or details provided by them.
6. My phone where I initially created my account in and installed the app broke (I can't turn it on since it got submerged in the water for hours after our boat flipped due to an accident).
7. I have been trying to migrate my account from an android phone to an iOS for 2 months now but I have no luck at all.

10. After almost a MONTH now of communicating this issue, this was not resolved still and they have not sent me concrete proof if this really being worked on 😞Cannot access the app.
