SC Federal Card Controls Customer Insights

1. It is totally useless. It's a great app to track purchases my biggest drawback with the app is dead gives you double notifications and it might seem like you were charged twice I know in my mind it did and do the updates this hasn't changed so I'm looking and hoping that that does get resolved more sooner than laterThis app was good, but stopped working after a recent update.

2. Very inconvenient to offer a service to your customers and not provide updates to keep it operational. For the most part works, but I constantly get can't connect to financial institution for my transactions it will hang, there should be a timeout for this so it doesn't lockup the app.

3. Update 2/24/22, got Galaxy S22 Ultra and now the app won't open again... Please fix! Update 2/18/22, with the Feb updates to this app and Android System WebView, they are making progress.

4. The features that it has that prevents someone from using your cards if they are lost or stolen, or if one doesn't have their phone preventing the use of the cards, puts the customer in control.

5. For now my work around is to hit the open apps button then just go back in to the app to interrupt the process of "contacting financial institution".The app has been down all day and I do not have access to my money.

6. Please fix this so that I can change review.1: Can't delete regions once added on Android (CORRECTION CAN DELETE REGIONS, BUT ELLIPSIS DOTS ON APP ARE SAME COLOR AND VERY HARD TO SEE!) 2: The app icon is hard to distinguish from SCFCU banking app.

7. If I disable Android System WebView, the SC Card Control App works.

8. Old: Crashes since the Android 12 install.Contacted SC Federal about app crashing via email and have called multiple times over the last 3 weeks.

9. is a great improvement from SCFCU that allows you to have control of your cards.

10. Another great feature is receiving texts messages when a purchase is made, thus allowing the customer to keep up with daily spending.

11. It froze my card because it's saying the financial institution sever or whatever is nat available so because of that my location won't show up.
