1. Also after taking the picture, add a feature so we can click on the thumbnail of the photo to make sure it isn't blurry.This app used to work well but for the last few months it's been freezing up, just spins, or you get an error message something like we are experiencing technical difficulties and to check back later.
2. Makes it a pain when you run a business and need to move money quick.Good app for a great bank! Security can be a pain (your online banking account gets frozen after 2 incorrect login attempts), but they make up for it with great customer service.
3. Thumbprint log in isn't working, but I actually know my banking password so not a big deal.This app is great for the most part, but the mobile check deposit feature could be improved by removing the feature that automatically takes a photo as soon as it detects the check.
4. I love this bank! I've been with them over 15 years and they have grown and progressed so much! I live in a different city and its nice to be able to deposit checks from out of town... Whenever I have issues, they're always willing to help resolve them.The new version of the app is aweful.
5. Then I have to remember the exact amount and click through MORE menus to make the payment, would be easier if you just added my loans to bill pay or something but still showed the payment and date on the main screen.
6. As we speak, it's freezing up on the last screen for mobile check deposit.
7. Now, the credit card feature does not show my pending balances nor my available credit, while logging in online shows me those things.
8. Instead of showing my payment amount and due date on my loans I have to click through menus.
9. I prefer the old look but let's be honest I'm not opening my banking app because it looks cool, could be plain white and it's not going to make a difference.
10. It just doesn't work properly by reporting I have spent nothing, even when I know I have.Terrible. Painfully Slow.
11. I tried doing a mobile deposit that would not go through.
