1. I dropped one star because the mobile check deposit feature kept taking too bright of a photo to see details of the reverse side of the check.
2. That leaves me with no other choice than to enter a rather cumbersome and complex password each time I try to check my balance.The only thing I do not like about the app is that I cannot see loan information on the app, ie., rate, correct interest amount due on next payment.
3. One of my main issues is it doesnt have a place to send a message to customer service with issues, and it doesnt allow you to select a single transaction to inquire more about it.Noticably better than it used to be...... thank goodness !! The only problem I still have is that this app has some how "lost" (?????) it's finger print log on abilities.
4. Not critical by any means, just a little loss of convenience.The mobile check deposit portion took multiple times to get to work.
5. I am running Oneplus 6 with Android 9 and the app launches the camera and I followed the instructions and kept trying to take a picture doesn't work at all.
6. The only thing I dislike about it is that the messages in the top left corner are a waste of time and they'd be better off removing the feature entirely.The app is great for keeping up to date on my accounts.
7. I haven't used the deposit feature, but tried to apply for car financing and after inputting all the info, it wouldn't finish the transaction.
8. This bug applies to Ascend FCU and a few other Federal credit unions because it has the same issue too.The app is pretty good, I dont usually have any issues.
9. This was the first time using that feature and I had to close the app 3 times, then uninstall/ reinstall, and still had to close the app two more times to get it to work.
10. I just made the deposit so hopefully it will be acceptable.I would give another star but mobile deposit isn't up to par for everyone's convenience.
11. I cannot take a picture of my checks at all for mobile deposit.
