Why should I report an Issue with InvestControl - Investments?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Acquasys to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I gave 4 stars because the instructions, the interface, and the daily change reporting still need work, but overall an excellent app.Most Portfolio tracker I've tried! Seems impossible to find a Portfolio tracker that also is good at tracking dividends.

2. It should allow actual Transactions (not Items) to capture the critical elements of the instrument e.g. price, start date, maturity, coupon/interest rate, etc rather than items first and then transaction... With these sorted, it will create a niche for itself.

3. I've tried a dozen times to create a portfolio and then an item and then a transaction but it keeps sending my transactions into an empty portfolio.

4. Thanks a lot.It's very difficult to find an app that allows you to keep track of multiple portfolios with many types of investments (stocks, mutual funds, other country markets, P2P lending, etc.) AND tracks/updates automatically those investments that are found online.

5. Shows amounts, percentages, and has quick links to the current trends on those specifically chosen stocks.Very good application but interface needs improvement.

6. Lately my paid download App stopped working on my old phone with Android Kit Kat 4.4. Helpline does not respondVery good app.

7. Borderless menus are a trashy internet trend, please kill it.Excellent app but the only problem I have right now is trying to import transactions from a CSV file.

8. To put a transaction into the right portfolio the drop-down menu at the top of the screen has to have the portfolio selected instead of the summary.

1. Fix InvestControl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InvestControl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InvestControl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InvestControl" » Open InvestControl - Investments » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InvestControl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InvestControl - Investments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InvestControl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InvestControl - Investments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InvestControl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InvestControl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InvestControl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InvestControl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InvestControl not working

2. Fix InvestControl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InvestControl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InvestControl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InvestControl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
