1. How do you expect me to put money on it if your app has technical issues?I chose Akimbo prepaid card as NYC vaccine initiative and I can't get any access to neither card nor any kind of techical support for at least 2 weeks.
2. The virtual card I currently have in my account can't be used to transfer funds to a bank account through the app and its usage is limited only to businesses with contactless payment which isn't widespread--many of them don't have contactless technology which means a physical card is required.
3. Stop trying to avoid reality of the situation and deal with the situation while people work on fixing internal server issues which in itself is taking extremely long for no reason to restore.
4. Every time I go to add a bank account so I can load my card, it closes on me.
5. The app is pretty good and makes it easy to move money between cards on the fly.App does not function when trying to link bank accounts.
6. I'm completely stuck and have no clue on what to do! It's unbelievable that New York City went with something this bad for vaccine incentives.I logged in once and haven't been able to log in again.
7. When you go on the website or the mobile app, they are having server issues with their log in and account management.

10. Requested a physical card from them a week ago and still haven't gotten one in the mail.

I want to delete my account of the AKIMBO card because I already used the 100 dollars of incentive from the city of New York and I do not want to use that card again and I have read that at month 13 they charge a fee of 6.75 dollars, so I do not want to have that card more and I want to delete my account.
