I mean the account balance, you should be able to change it to any currency not only DubaiVery disappointed with this application! they are very useless in terms of refund! customer service was very poor!!!all will provide auto reply!!!all reply will tell you 3-4 days you receive your money but all lies..dont use this app!its a big scam!!!Very bad experience with the customer service, as well no response phore the email,if there is less than one star will give it .It's a good app but my last international transaction i send from BOTIM , is hold by ;payby; 5 days finished.daily im calling but still it's not credit to my beneficiary accountHi payby team .

And I sent them everything with proof that I didn't get money in myn bank acount which was I transferred from payby and this money is in my payby account..They don't care about the customer issues It's been too long I sent a request to change my number and I submitted every document needed for the verification and they are saying they can't help me .

They don't have time or anything to respond or resolve my issue please dnt use this one they only need your details and bank account details for their needs.Was using this for more than 6 month now and was working completely fine untill one day I top up my phone using this app and the transaction was declined but the amount was deducted from my account.

4. I was transferring money from Payby to my bank accounts but I see 5 working days for the transaction since a long time.

5. Because since more than 10 days My payment stuck in my Payby account but they don't care about this issue.

6. Plz upgrade the issue this delay transaction...This is very bad application because this application transection is very slow and not gave the coupon to old users Thy should give one coupon to old users at a week......Very Very Very BAD experience.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PayBy Issues

1. Fix PayBy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PayBy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PayBy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PayBy" » Open PayBy – Mobile Payment » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PayBy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PayBy – Mobile Payment app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PayBy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PayBy – Mobile Payment" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PayBy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PayBy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PayBy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PayBy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PayBy not working


2. Fix PayBy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PayBy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PayBy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PayBy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
