1. I can usually do the bare minimum, but it's definitely not mobile friendly.Mobile Check Deposit is a joke I have been a member since this bank was the Dupont Fibers Federal Credit Union, so the bank itself has been great through the years.

Had a security threat recently and the security was great and the customer service explained everything in normal people terms lolIt's just so easy I don't like complicated things cuz I hate computers I like the old way of doing things but when there is he I don't mind this is very easy it's not so complicated SeeThe bank is great but the app especially the wigit for quick balance is a joke.
3. The devs really need to add more helpful features like ability to view multiple accounts at once (including joint accounts), more payment options for loans besides user's Argent checking or savings accounts, ability to update address/contact info, etc.
4. Great app, daily running balance, loan balances and due dates on same screen, some transaction descriptions are not easily identified, credit card transactions do not update as quickly and slightly confusing, but I like it.
5. Apps are supposed to be helpful! There's no point of having an app if we have to call or go to the website (with annoying 2FA login EVERY TIME) to do anything beyond checking our balances.You are unable to transfer funds between personal and joint accounts.
6. Then if you take the check to the c.u. they won't accept it for deposit because it was written for mobile deposit.Functionality Ok, Navigation not so much.
7. I've been woth them for a out 9 years now and the credit union itself in addition to this app is all around wonderful and helpful.Love the small home town style banking but with all of the up to date efficiency.
8. It advertises the ability to use mobile deposit for checks, however I have never actually had it work.
9. The mobile deposit always fails, supposedly because "for mobile deposit only" is not on the back, but it is a checkbox on the check.
10. Again, the bank itself is great though!So I love the bank itself, wonderful customer service, and I've never had a bad experience while interacting with a teller.
11. However, the mobile deposit functionality of the app seems to be a joke.
