I am extremely DISSATISFIED with the lack of SERVICE and with the fact that I CAN'T even pay for my goods, CAN'T order from any websites, the card is not being accepted, and I CAN'T transfer it to my bank EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So NO: -bank transfers -paypal transfers -other card transfers -paying on websites -card not legit -recognized wrongly I ASK FOR AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY BALLANCE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND I WANT AN IMMEDIATE REFUND BECAUSE THIS APP IS HOPELESS AND I CANT CONTINUE TO USE IT FOR GOOD! CANT TRANSFER TO MY BANK OR PAYPAL OR PAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even understand how people SAY that they are able to login with fingerprints HAHAHAHAH I scanned mine, and still no way!Relentless months trying to access it without an access code or email link available to reset things.
2. Absolutely horribleUsed to like this app/banking but now since being locked out /having to change emails, not being to make any purchases using the card, they then rob me of all the money in the account for "monthly maintenance fees" DisgracefulI don't recommend them! A while ago they ,,lost" 2 wires from my secondary balance to my bank account.
3. This has to be the worst payment app on the market! If I could give it negative Stars I would, do not use!This is awful man, im Australian and I needed to put my "accounting" money into another payment method, did this one but because i am Australian I cannot verify my account therefore they are currently holding $770 usd of mine and I have no way to access it, plz check apps before downloading to make sure it's in your currency :(Great App, Great Website and great support.
4. Even with biometric login it says login invalid (I assure you my fingerprint has not changed!) And the unending 3- or 4-step verification EVERY few minutes? Garbage app, garbage company.I just signed up for Cosmo and I installed the app to have my card info on the go but everytime I try to login it says incorrect information, even though the info I provided is correct.
5. I can't use my balance, I CAN'T withdraw it, and I CAN'T even pay, NONE of the websites are accepting my card, it says it's a VISA card, but one website recognized it as a MASTERCARD, and I think something extremely shady is going on with Cosmo tbh, since websites never recognize cards wrong.
6. I also have a problem with my card NUMBER not even being displayed in the app, can't even copy paste it or read it, same goes for EXPIRATION DATE, and CVV code.. It is a HORRIBLE SERVICE, not just the app.
7. Soon will start receiving payments so I need everything to work.Signing in isn't a problem for me, but I would definitely NOT recommend Cosmo!!! It is the WORST service ever in the entire world right now.
8. Now,already 4 days,I can't use my account at all: not ATM,not online,not withdrawn..nothing! Just use something else,not them!Not only is it not letting me use my passcode to sign in but now it's not even letting me use my fingerprint anymore so now I'm locked out of my account.
9. Love the fact that they send you a credit card and have that secondary balance.
10. Libra bank said they never heard about Cosmo:) so my money were lost.
11. There was no evidence at my bank I did those wires.. They said in my country,they work with Libra bank.
MY NAME IS JUAN AND MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED FOR ENTERING THE WRONG PASSWORD. I REQUIRE THE ACCOUNT TO BE ACTIVATED AGAIN BECAUSE I HAVE TRANSACTIONS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED, URGENTLY.
