1. Is there an issue downloading exercises? Takes ages to download (20+min) so not sure why it's incomplete.Fantastic for complete beginners! Love it! One for relaxation, one for waking up and one for going to sleep.
2. Feeling very refreshed afterwards! Good instructions and guiding prompts during the meditation.17/8 Tried this twice, only got to third exercise (1-2min in) and it said it was finished! 20/8- Just tried re-installing it and got to exercise 4 before it finished.
3. I can not emphasize enough , the Focus, and Energy I feel for such a small portion of time.I love this app so much, I end up going back to it over and over after trying all sorts of other ones.
4. The 7 minute format and just standing moves combining meditation, stretch and warm up is great for a busy life.Relaxing and really enjoying the way the app guides you.

6. I recommend the developers check out the app Down Dog to get ideas about how to change the voice, music and settings.I'm now revisiting T.C and immediately returned in mindset from instruction some years ago.
7. Disappointing.Very relaxing and invigorating at the same time (tried the relax exercise and the wake up exercise).
8. Tai Chi is legit! Thanks 7minChi!!! The Bad: *the developers* should give us options to stop the unnecessary trivial facts and information during some poses.
9. The problem is that once you master this moves there is no progression but untill then I will stick with the program.Simple, no fuss app.
10. Rotates sideways & won't fit on the screen, won't allow me to login (cycles between login & sign up, but won't allow either).
11. After I tap START it starts downloading something (what in heaven?) but at 43% it freezes then restarts and this process repeats forever.
